Some things
are felt before
they are understood.
A proportion. A material. The way light moves across a surface. The quiet relationship between elements that, together, create something greater than the sum of their parts.
You may not immediately know why a space feels right. You simply know that it does. That everything belongs. That nothing feels out of place. That the result feels as though it could only have been created for you.
We pursue that feeling.
A considered approach
to modern interiors.
Our sensibility draws from the restraint, proportion, materiality, and precision found throughout European design. Not as a style to reproduce, but as a foundation from which something personal can emerge.
Every project begins with understanding the space, the architecture, the people, and the feeling the finished environment should evoke.
Design and engineering are inseparable. Materials deserve to be understood. Craftsmanship begins long before the finishing touches. And the people responsible for bringing an idea to life matter as much as the idea itself.
We bring together the right disciplines, specialist knowledge, and production partners around one intention, whether leading a project from its earliest concepts or working alongside an architect, designer, or builder.
Most of the work is never seen.
With nearly three decades across cabinetry, interiors, architectural millwork, glass, manufacturing, construction, and installation, I have had the privilege of working in almost every part of the process.
From the drawing board to the workshop to the building site, those years taught me what it takes to bring an idea into the physical world: the conversations, the engineering, the problems solved before they ever reach you.
I created I. R. Weaver to bring these disciplines together around a more considered way of working. Not simply to create something beautiful, but something that feels unmistakably right.
